Looking for a youth leadership and self-development program in Malaysia? The Training of Trainers (TOT) Program 2026 is a FREE 3-day leadership initiative designed to empower Hindu youths and young working adults with communication, teamwork, leadership, and personal development skills.

Many young leaders struggle with confidence, public speaking, teamwork, and community engagement opportunities. This program provides practical exposure, interactive training sessions, motivational activities, and networking opportunities to help participants become impactful leaders within their communities.

Organized by United Malaysian Hindu Voice (UMHV), United Malaysian Hindu Youth Fellowship, United Malaysian Hindu Students League, Sanatani Squad, and Dharmic Cell, the program welcomes Hindu students from IPTA/IPTS and working adults below 35 years old from across Malaysia.

The event will take place in Klang Valley from 29 to 31 May 2026 starting from 12:00 PM onwards. Accommodation and meals will be provided free throughout the program for selected participants.
